Our Participation in the Amazon Associates Program
Kitchen Cove is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
This means that when you click a link to Amazon on our site and complete an eligible purchase, we receive a small percentage of the sale. The price you pay is exactly the same — Amazon pays our commission from their own margin, not from your pocket.
Why We Use Affiliate Links
Running Kitchen Cove takes time, research, and ongoing effort. Affiliate commissions help us cover the costs of hosting, content creation, and keeping the site available to everyone for free. Without this type of support, producing the depth of content we publish would not be sustainable.
How We Choose What to Recommend
We do not recommend products simply because they pay a higher commission. Our editorial process involves researching product categories, reviewing publicly available specifications and user feedback, and selecting items that genuinely appear suitable for our readers’ needs. Commission rates vary across product categories on Amazon, and this variation does not drive our recommendations.
We are honest about our opinions and will note limitations or drawbacks where relevant. Our goal is to help you make a well-informed decision, not to pressure you into a purchase.
Other Affiliate Programs
From time to time, Kitchen Cove may also link to products or services through other affiliate programs beyond Amazon Associates. In all such cases, we follow the same principle: links are disclosed, and recommendations reflect our genuine assessment. Any page featuring affiliate links will either carry an in-page notice or be covered by this site-wide disclosure.
FTC Compliance
This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines concerning endorsements and testimonials in advertising (16 CFR Part 255). We believe in transparency and are committed to being upfront with our readers about how we generate revenue.
